After completing the order process and payment, you will receive your voucher by e-mail as a PDF file within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed the next working day. You can then print out the voucher and give it as a gift or send it digitally by e-mail.

You can easily purchase our vouchers online on our website. Select the desired tour and the number of vouchers and follow the instructions for payment.
Currently we only offer digital vouchers. You will receive the voucher by e-mail, which you can conveniently print out or forward by e-mail.
Our vouchers are usually valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
You can purchase vouchers for specific tours or opt for a voucher that can be used for different (culinary) tours. In case of price increase, the difference would have to be compensated.
We ask for registration by mail to info@freiburgerleben.de
As a rule, purchased vouchers cannot be cancelled or returned.
